Order Processing

Please allow up to one business day for order processing and dispatch.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually shipped on the same day.

Cash on Delivery

All orders using Cash on Delivery as the payment method are subject to an additional €2 fee.

ELTA Courier €2.50 (1–4 business days)

All orders over €29 qualify for free shipping.

Cyprus

There are two shipping options available for Cyprus.

  1. ACS €8.50 (6–12 business days)
  2. ELTA/ARAMEX €14 (2–3 business days)

All products are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are sold through our online store in excellent condition.

We will replace any defective products at our own expense, provided that you notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.

Prior approval from our customer service team by phone is required before returning any product.

Exchanges of non-defective products are subject to an additional €4 fee. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in excellent condition. Products that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow 3–5 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
