Preparing orders

In all orders, calculate up to one working day processing and shipping time.

Orders until 13:00 are usually shipped the same day.

Pay on delivery

All orders that use COD as a payment method are charged an extra € 1.5.

ELTA Courier 2.5 € (1-4 working days)

All orders over € 29 have free shipping.

CYPRUS

There are two shipping options for Cyprus.

ACS € 8.5 (6-12 working days)
ELTA / ARAMEX 14 € (2-3 working days)

All products are sent to the address you stated.

RETURNS / CHANGES:

All our products are manufactured to the best specifications, and are sold in our eshop in excellent condition.

We will replace at our own expense any defective products as long as you inform us within 2 days of receipt. The product must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt.

Return approval from the customer service department is required by telephone before the product is returned.

Changes in products that are not defective are allowed with an extra charge of 4 €. In order for the return / exchange to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition. Washed, worn products can not be returned or changed.

It will take 3-5 days to receive and process the return / change.
