1.When will I receive my order?

Orders for blank garments take one week from the time the order is placed. If the garments include embroidery or printing, the lead time is two weeks. For productions, the timeframe depends on the specific production, ranging from four to six weeks.

2.How can I return or change an item? 

For custom-made products, as listed on our e-shop and sold wholesale, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Since these garments are specially made just for you, refunds, exchanges, or returns are not possible. Thank you.

3. The payment method is card payment only.
4. Receipts are sent via email to the email address provided in your order.
5. Shipments are handled by Speedex and are available only within Greece. For international shipments, please contact the manufacturing company at info@animpire.com.
